Pramod Auto Consultant was started in 2018 by Pramod Baburao Shivsharan in Kumtha Naka, Solapur. The firm operates two units β€” Pramod Auto Consultant for vehicle buying and selling, and Pramod Labour Supplier for temporary employment agency services.

We are a registered micro enterprise under the Ministry of MSME (Government of India) and hold a valid certificate under the Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act, 2018.

Our work is straightforward: helping customers buy or sell the right vehicle without the usual back-and-forth, and supplying dependable labour to businesses that need short-term staffing. We handle a small number of clients well, rather than many poorly.

POLICY 01

Terms & Conditions

By engaging with Pramod Auto Consultant (hereinafter referred to as "the Firm", "we", "us", or "our") for any service β€” including vehicle buying and selling consultancy or temporary labour supply β€” you ("the Client", "the Customer") agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Nature of services

The Firm provides consultancy and facilitation services for the purchase and sale of motor vehicles, and provides temporary labour supply services under its unit "Pramod Labour Supplier". The Firm does not manufacture vehicles and is not a dealer or distributor for any vehicle brand.

2. Engagement and fees

  • All service charges, consultation fees, and commissions will be communicated and mutually agreed in writing or over a recorded mode before commencement of any engagement.
  • Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, online payment gateway (Razorpay), cash, or cheque drawn in favour of "Pramod Auto Consultant".
  • Applicable GST (if any) shall be charged additionally as per the prevailing rate.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their requirement, identity, and financial standing.
  • For vehicle transactions, the customer is responsible for independent verification of vehicle condition, ownership history, and RTO records before completing any purchase.
  • For labour supply engagements, the customer is responsible for providing a safe working environment, statutory facilities, and timely payment of agreed wages.

4. Limitation of liability

The Firm acts as a facilitator and consultant. Final transactions are between the buyer and seller of a vehicle, or between the hiring business and the labour provided. The Firm's liability is limited to the service fee charged for the specific engagement and shall not extend to consequential or indirect losses.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Solapur, Maharashtra.

POLICY 02

Privacy Policy

Pramod Auto Consultant respects the privacy of every customer. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

1. Information we collect

  • Personal details: Name, phone number, email address, postal address β€” provided by you when you engage our services.
  • Transaction details: Vehicle preferences, budget range, labour requirements, payment references.
  • Communication records: Calls, messages, and emails exchanged with us, retained for service quality.

2. How we use your information

  • To deliver the services you have engaged us for.
  • To communicate updates, quotations, and confirmations.
  • To comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • To process payments via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) and reconcile receipts.

3. Information sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Information is shared only with: (a) the counterparty in a vehicle transaction with your consent, (b) the hiring business in a labour engagement, (c) our payment gateway for processing transactions, and (d) government authorities when required by law.

4. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect customer information stored with us. Payment information is handled entirely by our gateway partner and is not stored by us. You may request deletion of your personal records at any time by writing to pramodauto1969@gmail.com.

5. Cookies & website

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics that personally identify visitors. Standard server logs may be maintained for security.

POLICY 03

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to be fair and transparent on payments. This policy explains when and how refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. Consultancy & service fees

  • If you cancel a confirmed engagement before any work has commenced, the full advance amount is refunded after deducting payment gateway charges (if any).
  • If work has partially commenced, a pro-rata refund will be issued based on the stage of work completed, at our reasonable assessment.
  • Once a service is fully delivered (vehicle deal closed, labour supplied for the agreed period), the fee is non-refundable.

2. Vehicle transactions

  • Vehicle purchase prices paid to sellers/owners are not directly refundable by us β€” they fall under the terms agreed between buyer and seller.
  • Our consultancy charge component for a vehicle transaction is refundable per Section 1 above.

3. Labour supply engagements

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled deployment are eligible for full refund minus gateway charges.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled deployment may incur a charge of up to 50% of the agreed amount to compensate the labour mobilised.
  • No refund is available once labour has been deployed for the engagement.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original mode of payment. For online payments, the refund will appear in your account subject to your bank's processing timeline.

POLICY 04

Service Delivery Policy

Pramod Auto Consultant is a service-based firm. We do not ship physical products. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered.

1. Service area

Our services are delivered in person within Solapur city and the surrounding region in Maharashtra. Engagements outside this area are considered on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional travel charges, agreed in advance.

2. Vehicle consultancy delivery

  • An initial consultation is typically scheduled within 1–2 working days of confirming engagement.
  • Vehicle sourcing, verification, and deal closure timelines depend on the customer's requirement and market availability β€” usually 1 to 4 weeks.
  • RTO transfer assistance follows the standard processing time of the local Regional Transport Office.

3. Labour supply delivery

  • Labour can be deployed within 24 to 72 hours of a confirmed engagement, subject to availability and the nature of the work.
  • Urgent same-day requirements are accommodated when possible, on direct call.

4. Confirmation & receipts

Every paid engagement is confirmed by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. A receipt is issued for all payments. For any clarification on the status of your service, contact us at +91 82085 40510.
